Laura has been a mortgage banker for the past twelve years during which she has successfully helped hundreds of new homeowners establish their dreams of owning a home.
After receiving her degree from the University of Georgia in 1986, Laura Hertz worked as a sales representative for a Ventura County title company through 1991, winning several sales and leadership awards.
In 1992, Laura joined Fallbrook Mortgage and quickly became one of its top-producing loan officers. Specializing in purchases and refinances, Laura has spent the last 15 years building relationships with Realtors, banks and governmental agencies so as to better serve her clients.
